2012 Puget Sound Sailing Regatta

OUr first event with Mikey (our Melges 24) for the year was the Puget Sound Sailing Regatta.  While the winds were on the light side the competition was stiff.  We did reasonably well the first day (with the exception of the last race), and on the second day we kept getting better & better.  

We finished up the regatta with a 1st place win -- something completely unexpected given our level of practice!
